The Essentials - Day of Coordination Options $1,500 - $2,000 (1 to 200 guests)
Our Essentials Collection is for couples who've done the planning but want a professional to mange the day. This umbrella of packages multiple day-of coordination options based on guest count and complexity. All packages include the following:
- 4 to 6 week planning/coordination call to discuss the details
-Custom timeline creation + vendor confirmations
-Vendor management + cueing of key moments
-Emergency kit + full event execution
-Ceremony & reception coordination (8 hours), but additional hours available for $200/hr
-Custom packages starting at $150/hr are available for Weddings needing assistance for less than 8 hours per day

Basic/Partial Planning - $1,800 - $3,200
A great fit for elopements, micro-weddings, or backyard celebrations. We help you bring your vision to life with planning support from the start and complete day-of coordination.
-Vendor referrals + light design guidance
-Custom checklist + monthly task list
-Layout help for small spaces (like homes or Airbnbs)
-Budget tracking templates + planning timeline creation
Standard Wedding Planning - $3,500
Designed for more structured weddings with multiple vendors and moving parts. We provide hands-on planning support and detailed coordination from engagement to grand exit. This package includes everything in the basic plus:
-Full vendor management
-RSVP and guest list tracking
-Seating chart + layout mockups
-Rehearsal coordination
-Priority vendor response and scheduling
Premium Wedding Planning - $5,500
Our most comprehensive package. Ideal for full weddings with ceremony + reception and multiple vendor teams. We manage it all - from vendor communication to final execution. This package includes everything in the standard plus:
-Full design concept + vision board
-Vendor contract reviews
-Venue booking assistance (including contract negotiation)
-Concierge-style wedding support (dress steaming, snack baskets, tip envelopes, etc.)
-Access to preferred vendor rates
